My wonderful wife and I moved to DeKalb in the summer of 2006. We moved because I had been hired as the preacher for the DeKalb Church of Christ. Our son, J.M. (now 13 months) was probably what “sold” the congregation on us (although my wife played a big part in me getting the position!). We have been happily married for 6 1/2 years, and J.M. is our first child. We hope everyone enjoys our site…especially our family members!

Great to hear from you! We are doing just fine. A blog is kind of like an online journal. Some people call it an online diary, but we are using it this blog as another way to keep the family updated about how we are doing here in Texas. Check out the site often, because it is brand new, and we will be updating it as often as possible.

Hey Michael, I am not sure what a blog is but from what I see it is pretty neat. We are doing great. Justin and I had such a good time at the Marriage retreat. Marriage is a challenge. If you know the right things and have the right teachers it can be so much easier. We miss you all so bad. We always look for good plane prices so we can come see you guys.
